- All-star teams formed from both clubs to compete in high-level international competitions.
- Joint coaching education and staff sharing to enhance consistency and quality across both organizations.
- A comprehensive development structure starting at 18 months through youth soccer and progressing to college and professional-level opportunities.
Mayowa Owolabi, President and Founder of Miami Athletic Club, stated:
“Combining Miami AC’s national-level USL pathway with ESGA’s developmental expertise creates an unprecedented pipeline for South Florida talent. Together, we will elevate every player—whether an 18-month-old first-timer or a pre‑pro athlete—toward a professional future.”
