Coach Owolabi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Miami Athletic Club as a coach, director, and administrator. He currently serves as the Assistant Coach for the Haiti Football Federation’s U17 and U20 Men’s National Teams. Prior to taking on this role, Owolabi was the National Conferences Director for the Club Champions League, was the Technical Director of Fredericksburg FC, and was an Assistant Coach for Johnson and Wales University – North Miami Women’s Soccer Team. In addition to this role, he also served as the Assistant Coach for Miami Fusion FC NPSL and an FYSA State ODP Staff member. He has also served on the US Youth Soccer Virginia State ODP Staff for 3 years and has held multiple Director of Coaching & Player Development positions throughout the states of Florida, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

Marlon joins Miami AC with tons of administrative and event planning background. Marlon has previous experiences with PSG Miami, Homestead Soccer Club, Miami International Soccer Academy, Forge FC, and others and we are excited to have him leading our club administratively.

Marlon has led South Florida for multiple years when it comes to facility operations, referee assigning, league scheduling, and player registrations. Additionally, Marlon has been involved in the successful running of multiple tournaments in Florida.

Marlon will be responsible for all administrative duties of the club.

Thomson’s holds the highly desirable UEFA A license. He is armed with a Post Graduate Degree in Sport Science and Medicine, is regarded as an expert in soccer specific conditioning and periodization.

Coach Joey returns for his second season with our USL League Two team.

Coach Pierre enters his first season with our USL League Two team. FIU with a soccer scholarship and earned an Electrical Engineering Degree. At FIU, he was awarded the 2004 Most Improved Player and the 2005 Defensive Player of the Year, helping FIU to a #8 national ranking.

Coach Jared brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Miami Athletic Club entering his second year as a coach within the club. He is a young ambitious coach with 9+ years of experience coaching in South Florida. Alongside this role, he currently serves as a boys’ coach for FC Prime working with the Pre-ECNL, ECNL-R, and ECNL programs. Before, Jared was with Davie United SC, Hollywood FC, and Driftwood Youth SC having served in a variety of roles from Player Development Director and Foundation Phase Coordinator to coaching multiple age groups U6-U19. He has helped lead these programs to new heights while developing and nurturing young talent. He is also involved with Chaminade Madonna College Preparatory as the Boy’s Head Coach, FYSA as a member of the ODP State Staff, and Inter Miami CF as an Academy Scout.
