MIAMI AC v. WESTON FC – USL League Two
Miami AC defeated Weston FC Wednesday night by a score of 1-0 to keep their place atop the South Florida division in what was the final home match of their season. This was their third straight home win, and their third win against Weston this season.
Scott “The Scot” Neil was the goal scorer for MAC when he found the back of the net early in the second half (49’). That is Neil’s first goal of the season, which ultimately is what lifted the Boys in Blue to the top of the division and 23 points in the season.
Miami will travel to Sarasota to take on Sarasota Paradise in what is expected to act as the match for the South Florida Division crown. The contest is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 9th at 7:30PM.
